She never imagined 24 years later her "job" would become a career that she loves! In the last 24 years, she has worn many hats which have given her a wealth of knowledge and first hand understanding of how important each role every staff member plays to make sure your child has the best learning experience that will remain with them throughout their early years. Her duties include assisting with the daily operations of the center in addition to doing what she loves the most, interacting with the children. She takes great pride in knowing that she plays an important role in making sure that Clementon KinderCare gives you the best experience that any learning center can offer. Since becoming the Assistant Director in Clementon, her love for children has grown even more which she didn't think was possible. She wants nothing more than to help her Director create a safe, fun, healthy learning atmosphere for every child that comes through our door. Trusting your child with people you don't know is not an easy thing to do, but she promises that once you enter our center, you will feel a sense of peace. She does not want the staff to be thought of as just your child's teacher, but as a family. She wants every parent to leave for their busy day at work with a complete peace of mind knowing in no uncertain terms that their child is being well taken care of and having fun while learning! She can honestly say the staff strives every day to make sure that feeling is accomplished. You will not be disappointed!</p>
<p><!--block-->Marielena is from Camden, but she lives in Clementon. She is the oldest of her whole family. She's excited to be a future teacher, it's been her dream since she was a little girl.</p>
<p><!--block-->Marquetta's desire is to make a difference in children's lives is the reason she loves what she does! Seeing their reaction when she teaches them something new is priceless. It feels good knowing she taught them something new. It is also rewarding for her to see them try different things on their own. She is currently taking courses to obtain her child development associate and is taking college classes in Early Childhood Education. She is able to use what she has learned thus far everyday. Marquetta's goal in life is to brighten the minds of the children she teaches on a daily basis. She thinks she has the best position in the building. Being a floater allows her to experience each age group! Each day is just like her first day! Just like the children, she too learns something new each day.
